DVR takes full control of the property as their own and manages the units for the purpose deemed suitable after due consent & knowledge of the landlord. DVR takes the financial risk of generating income from the project and pays the landlord on time as per commitment. The risk of vacancies, evictions & tenant default is also underwritten by DVR Luxury Living.
